Some things you need to know before you arrive at Four Winds:
- You will need to provide your own cleaning supplies and paper products.
- No daily maid service.
- No pets are permitted in the rental condominiums.
- Boats must be registered when making your reservation – limited space is available.
- Check-out time is prior to 11:00 am. Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 pm.
- Office is open every day until 5 pm.
- Use of bikes, skateboards, roller blades, motor scooters, roller skates or tricycles are not permitted on the premises.
- No smoking inside condominiums or on balconies or patios.
- An additional cleaning fee may be charged to you if smoke residue or smells are detected in the condo upon departure.
- Only electric grills are permitted on patios or balconies.
- Propane or charcoal grills must be used 10 feet from any structure as per Florida State Law.
- Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am.
- All passenger vehicles must have a parking tag issued through the Four Winds Office on site or be subject to towing.
- Pool hours at 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- Departure procedures include washing all sheets and towels and taking your trash out.
