Four Winds Condominiums are located in the beautiful Crescent Beach section of St. Augustine, Florida. Our property overlooks the Atlantic Ocean and provides lush landscaping, two pools (one heated) , tennis, shuffleboard, basketball hoop and putting green. Local restaurants, theatre, grocery stores, shopping, entertainment and area attractions are nearby. There are 152 spacious condominiums throughout the ten buildings on our Oceanfront property.
We are a safe, family friendly property with an onsite office which is open every day until 5 pm to assist our guests with all their vacation rental needs. The staff is also available after hours to assist our guests and owners when needed. Each condominium provides easy access to the beach, pool and parking areas.
Our resort offers spacious efficiencies and two or three bedroom condominiums with 1 to 3.5 bathrooms that are beautifully furnished and range from 735 to 1935 square feet. Each condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/dryer in each unit. The condos are individually owned and decorated with our guests comfort in mind. You will also enjoy breathtaking views from your private balcony or patio.

SOME THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE AT FOUR WINDS CONDOMINIUMS
You will need to provide your own cleaning supplies and paper products. No daily maid service. No pets are permitted in the rental condominiums. Boats must be registered when making your reservation - limited space is available. All passenger vehicles must have parking tags issued through the Four Winds office on site. Check-out time is prior to 11:00 am. Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 pm. Office is open every day until 5 pm.

Use of bikes, skateboards, roller blades, motor scooters, roller skates, or tricycles are not permitted on the premises. No smoking inside condominiums or on balconies or patios. An additional cleaning fee may be charged to you if smoke residue or smells are detected in the condo upon departure. Only electric grills are permitted on patios or balconies. Propane or charcoal grills must be used 10 feet from any structure as per Florida State Law. Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 9:00 am. All passenger vehicles must have a parking tag issued through the Four Winds Office on site or be subject to towing. Pool hours at 10:00 am to 10:00 om.
